  Very disappointed with our last visit on the afternoon of 8-5-26. Looks like a whole new crew. Didn't recognize anyone. The old crew recognized us and was chatty. Before the visit on 8-5 our sandwiches were great and made with care. The ones on 8-5 were very sloppily made and got one order wrong. One order was a #2 Big John. Ordered lettuce, onion, no tomato. What we got was lettuce, tomato, no onion. Not what we're used to from this location. That's too bad. We really liked the sandwhiches from this location. Probably won't be back.

  I’ve been in there twice recently. Both Daniel and Eric were so kind and welcoming. Felt like above and beyond customer service

  Freaky Fast ?!?!? More like Freaky Slow , it was super hot in there , pretty much all the lights was off , in the back where they made the sandwich’s it looked like an actual disaster, I mean there probably health code violations everywhere , it looked run down through the whole place , the person making my sub decided to cut onions and do other things before making my sandwich, truthfully I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in years , I’m usually a Jersey Mikes kind of guy , but I wanted to give it a try , I got the Cuban sandwich and the presentation not great and the taste and quality wasn’t worth the price , I’d rather go to subway then here. Oh and to add they put microwave bacon on my sandwich and it wasn’t even cooked , like come on , definitely a “gourmet sandwich “.
