- AAA_Dollar_ And_A_DreamSep 22, 20262.0This location went downhill. If you want your order correct, just go in an order because if you do it thru an app, it’s guaranteed to be incorrect. I’ve reached out to customer service about my incorrect order, they only email and say, the owner will reach out to you, blah blah blah…..2 weeks later, still not 1 peep from an owner or any customer service rep for that matter, EXCEPT for whoever answers Jimmy John’s customer service emails. This isn’t the 1st time I had a food order incorrect from an establishment, so that’s not a big deal, it happens…..the big deal is how DISAPPOINTED I am in their customer service and the lack of response and accountability for situations like this. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TRUMPS ANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.

This store made my sandwich completely wrong as if they had no care in the world about anything I asked for on the mobile app. I asked for no lettuce they put an abundance of lettuce on top of cucumbers that I specifically asked NOT to be put on my sandwich. All of that but no tomatoes or oregano that I asked for.. Very disappointed this is the worst experience I’ve had with a Jimmy John’s Franchise. Sad part is I paid them a tip.
