  Now I understand why they have the rating they have.. This store made my sandwich completely wrong as if they had no care in the world about anything I asked for on the mobile app. I asked for no lettuce they put an abundance of lettuce on top of cucumbers that I specifically asked NOT to be put on my sandwich. All of that but no tomatoes or oregano that I asked for.. Very disappointed this is the worst experience I’ve had with a Jimmy John’s Franchise. Sad part is I paid them a tip. I do not recommend this location… _~Jami P

  This group behind the counter was awesome and efficient!! The restaurant didn't have cool air, but we lived.

  LOVE this location! The employees are amazing and the sammies always hit. Went there today and had a wonderful experience, they were so nice and awesome. Def my favorite jj’s location in rva!
