  The staff here is always very friendly. This is my favorite place to get coffee the Biscoff cookie and the pistachio latte are my favorites.

  I live near by this establishment and they always rev their car and motorcycle engines outside. I am a mother with a toddler and there is nothing worse than after a long day of work when I can’t put my child to bed because of the noise. Great coffee though.

  My daughter, a student at JMU, recommended JAMRA, so we stopped in for a brown sugar iced latte… it was incredible… bold, balanced and just sweet enough for me. I had to have a “goodie” with it, so I also ordered the caramel tres leche. It was wonderful! Smooth, texture worked so well and the “leche” was perfect. Staff were kind, helpful and the order was prepared with care and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

  Best place to get Adeni chai in all of Richmond Va. Nothing beats the pastries wonderfully made to pair with any drink you order. It gets a little hot inside, especially in the summer when you're enjoying a hot cuppa tea!

  The food and drinks are great. There is a lot of space. But none of the outlets in the back wall work and they might be the only ones in the shop. My other complaint is a pretty common problem in some coffee shops. The music is too long. If you’re hanging out, it’s not an issue. But trying to do work while listening to something even with while wearing good noise cancelling earphones is difficult. I kept turning up the sound until I had to give up. I mean the background noise of people talking, which is noticeable was fine cause of the headphones but the music overshadowed it. Probably fine witH REALLY good noise cancelling HEADPHONES, but you’ll at least need that.
