- DRdanitza rodriguezSep 19, 20265.0Yo whoever the girl with glasses and red hair is with the peircings, she is the absolute best and this establishment would be nothing without her. I just met her and the hospitality she offered and gave us was amazing: she is deadass the only Reason I’m coming back
- GCGian CapateAug 30, 20263.0Yall did me wrong! Of all times I loved to eat here this time I have waited over 30 minutes for my food in a cow onsie just to be served these small waffles and overcooked stale tenders! Yall must be rationing because no way this is like this.
- DADani AdrienneAug 22, 20261.0When I say I'm super disappointed...this was my first time at hangry joes and I will NEVERRRR BE BACK. I took the first bite of my buffalo blue chicken sandwich and no way the chicken is definitely giving lab grown or whatever. The texture is all wrong and the fries were not fresh and had to much salt on them. Personally I think the portion size for the fries is crazy large it's definitely a sharable portion but they are also going in the trash. I also called to explain my food wasn't up to par and she said she doesn't give refunds or anything. She doesn't know what to do and to call back in five minutes. I also didn't receive my drink I ordered. Terrible!🙀
- KEKatherine ElamJul 21, 20265.0Kim B handled my situation very appropriately. She was very respectful and helpful And her time management was on point. I had accidentally received my chicken sandwich that was very spicy the night before and it was supposed to be no heat so I came back the next morning and she called and made the arrangements to fix my meal. I left with a brand new meal that was made correctly, and I couldn’t have been happier. She was great. Thank you! Also , we have Robin L. ! She has waited on me more than once now and she has the best customer service ever. She is always smiling throughout her entire shift and making the customer’s experience a 10/10 is her top priority. She was quick and thorough! Thank you!
