  After searching online for a particular product, before I made the 20 min drive. I called Customer Service to inquire if they carried it. And was told they are busy and would be a while. While I understand you have customers in the store. I am also a customer, and would've liked the assistance which would've probably taken 2 minutes by computer to search the item! With big chain supermarket/ grocery stores being scarce and scattered in my area (Richmond City) I often have to visit several stores to complete a grocery list! And driving to find out in person with gas being what it is, is not feasible. Would've appreciated the help!

  Great deals, BUT all the carts are hobbled to make awful noise as you walk so you are forced to shuffle and they will loudly alarm if you foolishly try to replace your "broken" cart with a new one. Bring earplugs if you dont want a migraine shopping here.
