  Great Food Lion location on 8201 Hull Street.. I've been to plenty of locations in Midlothian/Richmond/ Chesterfield. I believe this one deserves some high praise. I have witnessed employees carrying groceries for elderly shoppers and them going the extra mile more than once. They recently went the extra mile for me. I was looking for a specific brand of muffins. They didn't have them but they offered to call another store for me and help me locate who has them. 4 calls later, we found them. They also assisted me with finding another item. They will go above and beyond. I'm thoroughly impressed 👍👍

  I bought chicken a few days ago and when I was getting ready to cook I noticed it still had feathers. All pieces of chicken had feathers. When I called the store to complain about this, I waited for over half an hour before I gave up trying to contact customer service and reached out to a different department, they told me it was fine to eat if I plucked off the feathers I have never been sold chicken with feathers anywhere else, I find it nearly as disgusting as their response to the situation.

  Deli closes at 7. Asked for a lb of cheese at 6:31. Told me they were closed but scoffed and said I guess I will open it again. Gave me lb but when I got home it was cut w the plastic wrapper around the slices.
