  Sub par dining experience. Usually, our meals at Fleming’s are filled with delicious food and excellent service. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky tonight. Throughout the night, we felt rushed through our meal, which added to some of the pain points. First, our calamari came out cold and soggy, which was disappointing, considering it is usually very good. The waiter did try to make things right by bringing us a fresh batch, but honestly, we had been sitting with the appetizers for 15 minutes before they came and checked on us, so we were already ready to move on from appetizers. Next, my husbands steak came out very rare for being ordered medium rare. While him and I discussed the temp of the steak, the waiter came by and asked if the steaks were cooked well, which prompted my husband to say he thought his steak was not cooked enough. Instead of coming closer to look at the steak, the waiter just proceeded to tell him that “your steak is definitely medium rare. that’s how it is supposed to look.” Kind of rude, especially given the previous issues of the night. We also had an issue with one of the sides we ordered. The Brussel sprouts came out undercooked and sitting in a puddle of vinegar oil mixture. Once we were finished with dinner, the waiter asked if we enjoyed our food (The first time since asking about the cook of the steak). We then let him know that the brussel sprouts were very uncooked (crunchy, and not in a good way) and that they were sitting in vinegar and oil. At this point, we are clearly disappointed since we had gone there to celebrate. Instead of listening to our feedback and being receptive, the waiter then gets defensive and tells us the brussel sprouts are just supposed to be cooked like that and if we wanted them to be fully cooked, we should tell the kitchen. As a brussel sprout enjoyer, and someone who always gets them when we go to Flemings, I knew this was not the case. I have also never had to ask a restaurant to fully cook our vegetables. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong by bringing any of our issues up, and sadly had to skip dessert and a nightcap. Really disappointed in the experience, especially since we do normally enjoy our time at Flemings.

  Outstanding customer service and timely response and accurate and the Wagyu steak is a MUST!! Top tier service and amazing experience 👏 👌 🙌 Highly recommended, they will not disappoint you as they aim for excellence and beautifully presented entrees that are unique! My steak was cooked to perfection! Relaxing atmosphere and amazing drinks, the blueberry lemon drop 😋 Wow! Definitely will be a repeat customer!
