- MPMatthew PiggJul 27, 20262.0Went here the other night after leaving a friend's house. Placed an order and went home to eat. When we got there we were missing a burger bowl we had paid for. That's fine. I've worked fast food and retail. Stuff happens. I called them when I saw it 30-40 minutes before closing. No answer after 3 calls. Still fine. I know how chaotic cleaning and getting ready to close can be in the last hour. Called the next day and they offered to remake the whole order. Awesome, wasn't expecting or wanting that. Only ordered half cause I wasn't there for handouts. Just wanted what I paid for. Got home with it and again the order was wrong (I know I should have checked the bag, but still, I shouldn't have to) my wife has to be 100% dairy free while breastfeeding my newborn son and instead of the bacon burger in a bowl they gave a regular cheeseburger so she didn't get her food 2 nights in a row. It's almost 15 minutes to drive out there so I'm not doing it again. Very disappointed!

The cashier did not understand what I was saying I told him three times that I wanted two fries he still only gave me one fry, get people on your register that can speak English.
