  My first time visiting and probably my last. There was an older lady there that took my order—she was pretty nice but then there was a younger girl that checked me out she was so rude. She slid my smoothie across the counter at my boyfriend like we were bothering her. My boyfriend said thank you she said NOTHING. Heaven forbid you have to do your job. Based on customer service alone we will not be back.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Einstein Bros. Bagels location. I arrived about 2 minutes after the app’s pickup time, but my order wasn’t ready. There was no one at the counter as an employee was sweeping, and when she noticed me, her reaction felt dismissive. When I said I had a pickup order, she checked the system and walked away with visible frustration before starting it. It clearly hadn’t been prepared in advance. Meanwhile, another employee was already working and a line started forming. When my order was finally ready, it was just placed on the counter with no communication—no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you” or “have a good day.” Poor customer service overall. I won’t be returning to this location.

  i got the turkey bagel sandwich and it was very good! the cream cheese is amazing and it looked appetizing. the coffee isn’t be best, i got the vanilla iced coffee and it just tasted weird sweetness wise. my boyfriend got the refresher with caffeine, he says it was great! bad thing was i found a hair from the younger woman working. i had two bites left of my sandwich, so that was great… the woman who took my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there, not necessarily rude but not nice to talk to and it felt awkward lol. i’ll probably try another location next time.
