You come at 10 am or 2 pm and yet it takes thirty to forty five minutes to get a basic bagel with a smear; there could be two people waiting and still they take forever. All they do is talk behind the counter without getting any work done. Try talking to the staff and they’ll ignore you for a good 5 minutes before they ask for your order number. Food is overpriced for what it is and isn’t worth your time. Do not recommend coming here

- FFferinAug 27, 20265.0really great place to get breakfast on vcu campus, the food is always good! it can get super busy in the mornings so just order ahead and you'll be fine. the employees are always very kind even when the rush is bad, I saw a lady leave the counter to help out a girl who spilled her coffee even though they were obviously in the middle of a rush and thought that was very sweet.

- RNRachel NguyenMar 25, 20241.0Rudest customer service I have ever encountered on VCU campus! I came to pick up my grubhub order and I was blatantly ignored by one of the women preparing drinks. When I got her attention by saying “Hi i’m here to pick up my grubhub order” she rudely yelled in my face “good afternoon” in a condescending tone and when i said hi again, she rudely yelled “good afternoon” again as if I had not greeted her 3 times already. When I said good afternoon back she threw my food at me across the counter. Terrible way to treat customers and students! Will NEVER be returning or purchasing a meal plan ever again. Don't take out your anger on customers because you are having a bad day. She definitely ruined mine after that.
