Charged for a cup of water, no public restroom without any signage, extremely sour drinks.

MAGDA IS HER NAME. Had dark hair and stern expression. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We arrived at 6:08 am, even though the store opens at 5:30 am. As we were parking, one of the staff members, Magda, was already sitting by the window looking at us with a visible frown and an irritated expression. I brushed it off at first, thinking maybe she was just having a bad morning. Unfortunately, her attitude never changed. From the moment she took our order until she served us, she acted as though we were inconveniencing her simply by buying coffee and donuts. She looked annoyed the entire time, barely acknowledged us, and then grabbed our two donuts and slammed the bag onto the counter instead of handing it to us with even the most basic courtesy. At that point, I respectfully confronted her. I asked if there was a problem because that is not how customers should be treated. No one expects over-the-top friendliness, but every customer deserves basic respect and professionalism. We were polite from the moment we walked in and had done absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging her behavior, she immediately became defensive and said, “I’m sorry, you cannot treat me like that.” That completely missed the point. I wasn’t the one who greeted customers with an attitude, frowned throughout the interaction, or handled their food carelessly. Rather than taking accountability, she tried to turn the situation around and make herself the victim. To make matters worse, after I calmly called out her behavior, she refused to continue serving us. That was the most shocking part of the experience. Customers should not have to fear being refused service simply because they respectfully speak up about being treated poorly. Raising a legitimate concern about customer service is not disrespectful, it is giving the business an opportunity to correct an issue. Refusing to serve a customer after being confronted about unprofessional behavior only reinforces the concern instead of resolving it. What concerns me most is that if this is how she treated us, how many other customers have experienced the same thing but simply chose to stay quiet? Poor customer service shouldn’t be ignored simply because people don’t want confrontation. Employees represent the business, and attitudes like this leave a lasting impression. Everyone can have a bad day, but that’s never an excuse to take it out on customers. Courtesy, respect, and professionalism are the bare minimum in any customer-facing role. If I could give zero stars, I would. If someone is unhappy in their job, that frustration should never be taken out on paying customers. We came in with respect, spent our money there, and expected nothing more than to be treated with basic human decency. Every customer deserves that. I hope management seriously looks into this incident. This isn’t about expecting perfect service, it’s about expecting respectful service. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, treated with hostility, and then refused service simply for respectfully standing up for themselves. One employee’s attitude can damage the reputation of an entire business, and that’s something no company should ignore.

Honestly i mainly come to this dunkin for the customer service. I started going there a few weeks ago, and the same workers work the morning shift. They started to memorize my order and small things like that really make your day. today the espresso machine was broken, and these things happen but they were so apologetic and willing to make a coffee exactly how i usually order without me having to ask. I truly appreciate all the staff here.

I always come to this dunkin. The gentleman who works in the morning always makes my coffee right. Ice macchatio. Today a lady made my coffee and it looks like cold milk I wanna taste coffee. Had it remade to still look like ice with milk. I know the manager there she's amazing. I'll come by when the gentleman is there for my coffee.
