    I had ordered two meals immediately after ordering the worker sighed. The coffee was disgusting it had sugar at the bottom and tasted like straight cold brew. The croissants were hard and the hash brown's were burnt.

    Hung out here while a truck bed cover was installed across the street. Pleasant experience, with an extra-good female cashier and attentive service from other staff.

    I work in a well know major food chain. Customer service is how you acquire great ratings. I pre-ordered my two items 35 minutes before arrival. It would be ready within the next 10 minutes of me being there. There was an employee running the drive thru, one at the counter, the third was the manager making the breakfast items. There were two customers in line. Along with 3 cars in the drive thru. I new I had some time so I waited patiently near the pickup counter. The second customer was about finished ordering so I decided to order a couple donuts at the counter. Very friendly employee helped me with my order. I placed a tip in her empty tip jar. I then walked back to the pick up counter. By this time my order should have been ready. It was not. I waited patiently. The manager asked me what I ordered. I told her. The two customers left with their orders. The drive thru was empty. Both employees were standing patiently around the puck up counter with nothing to do. The manager came up again & asked if my name was Ashley. Im a male. Why would my name be female? I said no it's Ben. She did not hear me so I said it again & a little louder. She yelled at me that I did not need to be nasty. Nasty? I only said my name. She then pointed to her screen & said tgat she makes the items in the order that they come in. I had not said anything yet besides my name. I don't know why she reacted that way. Maybe it was because she was stressed? Too busy? But no way do you take it out on your customers. I then explained that I too was in the same industry. She did not make my order correctly. It was cold. How is it cold that quickly? She ignored me. Mumbled something to her employees. They said yes mam. Continued to watch on while I left. Yet no one apologized for the manager. They let a customer leave who would actually understand & gracious ly gives proper tips in appreciation for good service. Yet now I will never return. They made me late to work. Now I had to catch up on my tasks. To take care of my customers. Because unlike thatmanager. I understand how to give great customer service.
