I waited 25+ minutes on the phone trying to get in contact just to change the order to pickup, once it got past 10 minutes I just wanted to cancel my order. The fact theres no cancel button within the app is one thing, but to be on hold for 25 mins almost half an hour is ridiculous, not to mention the wait for the food alone was gonna be an hour lol. I was tryna save the delivery peoples time to not have them come out to our place and get turned down, but hey thats what you get for thinking of others!! 🙂 will NEVER order from this location again.
