Pizza arrived cold and had clearly sat for over an hour undelivered. They do not answer the phone and DOMINO's did not provide any customer service or recourse.

I wish I had seen the previous review about their small portions bc i had same issue with their portions not even covering the container bottom. Glad we got a yummy pizza bc I would have been hangry.

Total negligence of details, and the order is always missing items and not up to the standard we are used to. There is a complete lack of professionalism, and the staff's carelessness is very obvious, as if they are forced to work. If the team doesn't want to work, they'd better just stay home. This is the last time I order from this branch. Next time, if the order doesn't arrive correctly and exactly as requested, I will not accept it and I will throw it back at them. I do not recommend anyone to order from here until the management and staff are changed."

I went back for a refund and they were unable refund as per policy you have to bring back the whole order (also ordered a sandwich). So no refund. Asked for a remake, they had the audacity to say that's the typical portion for their pasta...bruh I shouldn't be able to see the bottom. (Plus no chicken) The best they could do was store credit, I took it as I wasn't about to go back home and drive here again to refund the whole thing. So if you're looking for an actual meal, I'd skip at least this location. Extremely skimpy portions and disappointing customer service.
