  Order took well over 1 hour beyond expected delivery time and was cold when it finally showed up, as would be expected. Store would not answer the phone when called to determine status . 0/10. Do not order from here.

  Absolutely terrible experience at the Domino’s on Patterson Avenue in Henrico. Placed our order around 9 PM and didn’t get our food until almost 11:30 PM — and it was NEVER delivered. After waiting over two hours, we finally had to drive to the store and pick it up ourselves. Somehow we were still charged a delivery fee and tip despite doing the delivery ourselves. Tried calling the next day to get it resolved and basically got brushed off with “there’s nothing we can do.” The online complaint system offered a free medium pizza like that somehow makes up for wasting an entire night. The food itself was awful too. Pizza had way too much sauce, cheese sliding off everywhere, and it wasn’t even cut properly. Looked like it was thrown together with zero care. Mistakes happen, but this place handled the situation horribly from start to finish. If you’re ordering from this location late at night, don’t expect your food to arrive on time — or at all.

  I had a really frustrating experience with this Domino’s location on Patterson. I was told my order would take about 40 minutes, which was fine—but after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, I still hadn’t received my food. When I reached out to check on the status, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a proper explanation or apology, they just told me upon cancellation I’d be getting my money back, as if that excused the long delay and poor service. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude made the situation much worse. Definitely disappointed with the experience.

  Absolutely worst place you can get food from across the board. My pizza took over an hour even after being told about 15 minutes. Stood inside for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and even then its only because i said something. Should've listened to the other reviews. By far the absolute worst place I've ever gone, not just pizza place, in general, if you want food, go ANYWHERE ELSE. Needs new management and new employees if the owner plans on staying open much longer.

  This location used to be top notch. I can tell there has been a shift in management because now it is run so poorly. They will go out of business if this continues. My pizza was ready for an hour, and they said it would be another 45 minutes for delivery due to low staffing. Absurd. I made a complaint with the GM and she was so kind, but I told her if this continues they will absolutely lose business. Orders should not take as long as it is taking to fill. In the time I was speaking to the GM to complain, I placed an online order for Papa John’s and my food was ready before getting off the phone with Dominos! They need to be more efficient!
