  So I ordered two pieces online yesterday. One other pieces came out totally wrong. I called the store and spoke to the general manager by the name of Michael. He said that he could offer a remake and to have it sent out on yesterday or I could call back today and get a partial refund or remake. I called today and a young lady. Answer the phone and tells me that Michael is not gonna be in until 5 PM I spoke to Michael on yesterday way before 5 PM. Then the rude manager Jordan comes to the phone and gets on the phone like yeah Yeah what then your associate not tell you what’s going on. Jordan response yeah she did but I wanna hear from the customer why do you wanna hear from the customer when I have already said what I needed to say and she related to message. So I stated to him that I was calling for my pizza to be remade. He didn’t say that he’s not gonna be able to remake it because I spoke to Michael and it was a verbal agreement between me and Michael or what was gonna be going on. If that was gonna be the case, I don’t understand why he didn’t just say you know my associate told me what was going on. I’m not gonna be able to remake your pizza versus me having State my case all over again to tell you what’s going on just for you to be smart and tell me that you’re not gonna remake the pizza or issue the Due to Michael not being in the store. Then the old fat delivery driver that I had on yesterday was extremely rude telling me that I need to come downstairs and get my pizza. It’s too many steps for him to walk up. This is your job that you chose and if you come to apartment complex some people might be on the first floor second floor third floor fourth floor you can’t control what floor you’re on and That’s your job to deliver the pizza. So going forward, I will not do business with them there. Rude demeanor has turned me away and also whoever is making the pieces just throwing toppings on pizzas and not paying attention to what people are saying they want on their pizza is an issue.

  Don't waste your time. Ordered showed supposedly delivered, even though it was supposed to be placed in hand. Never was. Tried to contact, was only given option for 20% off next order. Ummmmm no. And when called store for over an hour, never answered. Order was for over $36.00. So don't waste your time. Order from anywhere else.

  Ordered a pizza, half pepperoni half cheese. When I got home I realized there was no cheese on half. Half of my pizza just had pepperoni and sauce, called the store and asked to speak with the GM. A man name Jordan got on the phone and said that he was a manager. He was very disrespectful and dismissive, and also said that he will ban me from the store. Well joke is on him, because dominos will never get my money again. I work too hard for my money to be disrespected. FYI to the general manager you need to get another person running your store because he has lost you a customer today. With all of the one star reviews this location has, you really need to rethink your quality of food and and how disrespectful your employees are to the customers..do better be better it's not that hard.

  They delivered the wrong pizzas and no one picked up the phone to allow me chance to fix the issue. I called three times still no one picked up. I have a friend who does uber and was near there getting fuel. So i asked for a fav. Y'all should really answer the phone beacause y’all never know when someone is calling in front of the store from the parking lot. And looking right at y’all standing around doing nothing not so much as making a pizza and no customers insight. Shame on all of you today! I will be disputing the charges on my card.

  All crust, no sauce, will not be back. I ordered and paid extra for a handmade pan pizza which according to Domino’s website is a “pizza with layers of cheese, and sauce and toppings to the edge”. I expected a fully-loaded pizza, but there is an inch or more of topping and sauce-less crust all the way around. When I realized this, I called the store, and was told that what I received WAS a handmade pan pizza but to save the receipts so they can remake the pizza next time. I told them it was far out of my way and they just repeated to bring the receipt back another time and they will remake the pizza if “I am so dissatisfied”. This Dominos location is very far out of my usual route. I only went here because it was along my route today and I needed food to bring home. I will not be wasting my gas, time, or effort to return so they can remake the same subpar, sauceless version of a homemade pan pizza. I do not want a free pizza sometime in the future, if they even honor what I was told on the phone by the time I get back out that way. I want a refund for the cost of this pizza that belongs in a dumpster.
