- CLChris Lovitt5 days ago1.0I didn’t know chipotle could taste so bad. They didn’t even season the food. The beans, the guac, the cilantro lime, the chicken. All taste like water. Like they just cooked it with no seasonings. Crazy.

Order was not even made, about 10 people standing outside of the pickup window complaining that their Uber Eats and DoorDash orders were late. Asked the GM? where my order was and she said “we’re a little behind”. Ya think? Line of about 20 people inside as well, but their main priority were the catering orders. During your lunch rush??? Completely unacceptable service and clearly poorly managed. They should have turned off online ordering on all platforms if they couldn’t handle the volume. After waiting around for 15-20 minutes I finally left and requested a refund through the app.
