  Parking socks, they are always slow to refill the brown rice and always slow to refill when they are running out. FyY: when it looks low.. replenish immediately during peak hours.

  Shut this location down the staff just stands around and they do nothing while the pick up line is long almost out of the door and then people just stand around and they don’t even let you know that your pick up order is ready. My order has been ready and I’ve been waiting for close to 20 minutes and then their printer is broken so it looks like only half of my order was picked up on the bag. It says bag order two out of two so I’m like where is order one out of two. Rude staff just stand around again. Don’t do any work. Only one person working the pick up area. Why when most people are ordering pick up again shut this location down it is terrible. I’m adding my review to the rest of the terrible reviews. Highly disappointed with the service here and then when I’m trying to ask questions, they are shutting you down and giving attitude. Yuck, hull Street definitely deserves better.

  The food itself was made well. Huge portions, fresh food (relatively, we came between mealtimes) but the few times we've gone, the store is filthy. I mean gross - like if a health inspector walked in the store would be shut down in a heart beat. Counters unclean, food prep areas had sauces and food chunks all over them (my bowl had other peoples food caked onto the bottom side...) and the employee was overworked but she was super kind - she was making all the food by herself while the gentleman at the cook stations ignored her repeated calls for help in the front. Eventually he told her "ill help - in 10 minutes, you'll figure it out." Floors desperately needed to be cleaned, and I can't imagine the kitchen/prep area was much cleaner. That same male employee - I watched him scrape food from their cook top onto the floor. I will be doordashing from this location going forward, we almost didnt eat after seeing how gross it was.
