  I live nearby and I have had an awful experience every time at this Chipotle, so I have started driving to further away locations. The burritos were made wrong every time I ordered pickup. They always seem to be out of something (chicken, steak, etc.). Once I went when they were supposed to be open, and the doors were locked while the employees were standing around doing nothing inside. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE

  Worst Chipotle I have ever been too! I tried it a few times to make sure I wasn’t crazy and it’s horrible. Always out of so much!! Service is slow and RUDE!! We just ask for communication if you can only order online post that on the website and the doors and give us updates as we are waiting outside in the cold for our orders!! This is ridiculous!

  This is the most pathetic restaurant on earth. I've been to it 3 times and every time the doors are locked and no one is there even though it's during the business hours printed on the door. 11:30 am and no one is there? WHAT The *$*#. This place makes taco bell look like fine dining. Just say no. I will never visit again!!!!!!@!@!@@

  Come to this location for the first time on a Saturday around 8pm.. they don't close until 10pm so the website say's. I see they are doing window orders. I make a mobile order to then realize they have all the food just sitting in the back on the counter. Not staying in the warming area. After I get my food from the gentleman that clearly was annoyed I ordered and didn't want to be working, I walked to my apartment 3 minute walk.. and sat down and began to try to eat. The queso is cold, the chicken is cold and burnt as hell, I mean burnt to a crisp that it tasted like chewing on ashes. Everything in the bowl is room temp or straight up cold. Guacamole room temp. Corn and pico room temp. Makes me feel not very safe with whatever they're doing, and also isn't appetizing to order what should be hot food mostly and not get that. The burnt taste was so strong I took a few bites and threw the whole thing away. 20 bucks almost down the drain.

  Waited twenty minutes for a two-bowl pickup order (along with 6 or so other different people waiting on food) only for the order to be wrong and the employees to not care. I get working fast food is difficult, but it would’ve been much easier to be empathetic and understanding if they’d provided a simple, “hey guys, we’re waiting on X, or we have Y orders we’re working through, thanks so much for your patience, we’re really sorry.” Instead, they provided no context to why we all had to wait and were not empathetic. This location just went “digital only”, and I expect this to be the new norm. Can’t say I’d recommend visiting there when in the amount of time you’d have to wait (for a prepaid mobile order) is more than it’d take to drive across the street and order at a different location.
