  Took 35 minutes to get pickup order that was scheduled and confirmed for 12:40 pickup. Staff was insufficient in working the massive line of cars in the "Chipotlane" and was quite ineffective at finding the names on the orders resulting in further delay. They looked and couldn't find my order, left for 5 more minutes, and then looked and located the order from the existing selection of bags.

  Dude put me in my place for looking for my order on the pickup shelf when the app literally told me “Grab your order on the pickup shelf.” Said “we had it at the drive thru, you’re supposed to let us know if you’re picking it up at the shelf.” Not a real pleasant experience.

  The only good thing about this location is that they were opened. As soon as we walked in we noticed every table was dirty. Not just crumbs, but gross dirty. My girl got steak and got half a scoop. We didn't say anything. Just accepted it. We grabbed napkins and water and wiped our own table. My burrito was 100% tasteless like they didn't season anything whatsoever. Another customer asked about a table to be wiped down, and the worker gave him a rag for him to wipe his own table. A worker ate his lunch and gave himself 4 big scoops of whatever meat it was. Lazy workers.

  Waited in the car line for 45 min…. Only 8 cars ahead of me. Super disappointed , I got home and my food was cold and queso dried. I don’t understand why they don’t ask people to come around again when the food isn’t ready.

  I went in to pick up my order via DoorDash pickup today. I was looked at like I had 3 heads as I waited in line inside. I waited in a very small two person line and an employee who was staring down at her phone bumped into me, said “excuse me” and had me move out of her way, never looking up from her phone. That was a new. Then, I get to the front of the line and show my doordash pickup order to the cashier, which said it was ready (but was not placed in the pickup area, which is the only reason I was in line lol.) The employee looks at me like I shouldn’t be there. I have never gone to this location, so I stare back, confused. He grabs my order, then mutters something about how doordash should go to the drive through - without looking up at me, so it took me a minute to understand it was directed towards me. I grab my food bag and leave. Y’all, there were approximately two customers inside of the restaurant. Nobody knows your internal rules about drive thru’s or inside pickups. If you want them to, put a sign that says so. I just wanted a slop bowl for lunch lol. Keep it simple. You seem miserable, and I won’t be back.
