I asked for hard tacos and the woman working with braided hair at 11:11am on June 28th got out 3 tacos and one of them was completely mangled looking so I asked her to get a different taco and she copped the nastiest attitude and couldn’t do anything for me saying “oh they’re all like that” so I walked out. I would not recommend eating here. The employees have a terrible attitude usually.

Despite that, I decided to order a burrito bowl. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. The rice tasted soapy, and much of the chicken was fatty and processed tasting. I also asked for vinaigrette but never received it.To make matters worse, the chips were completely stale...we're talking maybe 8 days on a shelf. This Chipotle has the potential to be an anchor for the surrounding development and help support the continued revitalization of the Arthur Ashe Boulevard corridor. However, that requires consistent cleanliness, better food quality, and greater attention to customer service. Based on this experience, this location fell well short of expectations.
