  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The store is dirty, and employees were serving food without hairnets and cutting ingredients without gloves. The food was so salty I had to throw it away. They also sold me a drink without mentioning the soda machine was broken. This is a health and safety issue — I’m reporting this location before someone gets sick. This is a newer store and you would think clean...it should be shut down until they fix these violations. I will never eat here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

  They just opened and already need to shut the doors!! Did a digital pick up order handed me an unopened jarritos that I had to ask to be opened because its not twist top. Look in the bag, no utensils or napkins even though I selected to include it. I park, go inside to get a fork and THEY ARE OUT OF FORKS. If Im the business owner im sending someone down the street to the dollar store if I run out of utensils. Get it together. Whoever is running the operations of this place needs to be FIRED.

  I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. And repeatedly this has been the same service I’ve received every time I come here to order food. On Tuesday 7/21, I came in about quarter to 6pm. The restaurant was dirty. As I was walking to go get in line, I tripped over a chord. I was so confused why I was tripping on a chord in the walkway where you go to order food. So I stopped and observed what I tripped on. A cell phone was charging and the phone was on the bench and chord just going across the area you walk up to order food. None of the employees apologized or had any recognition that I just tripped over this phone charging. Even when I said “oh shit, what in the world” out loud (or something like that). The lady waiting to take my order watched me trip too. People who came in after me were also confused why that was there. I get up to the glass to order my food (I usually get a salad but with the whole lettuce poop thing I was concerned to order it). I asked the employee (who btw did not greet me in ANY way) “Do you source your lettuce from Taylor Farms?” She looked me dead in the face shrugs and says “I don’t know.” Didn’t bother to check with a manager or make any effort to figure out an answer to my question. I did a quick ChatGPT while in line and yes, I made her wait so I can figure out the answer on my own. (It wasn’t a question I had thought of until I was about to order). I proceeded to order. I repeatedly told the employee that I was getting hot honey chicken in both bowls, one would be double and the other regular portion. She put regular chicken in the one I asked for regular portion of hot honey chicken, and when I corrected her she had an attitude about it. She threw away the bowl and poorly made the new bowl. I proceeded to go through toppings and pay for my food and left. No I did not get lettuce. Whoever that employee was, needs to be retrained. Majority of the employees there need to be retrained. Every time I go, the restaurant is dirty, the employees are rude, and the overall customer experience is NOT there but the food has always been fine majority of the time. IMO This location has SO much potential. The staff either needs to be retrained or just not be there bc majority of them don’t look like they want to be there.   I have visited this location on a couple occasions and have consistently experienced satisfactory service. While my initial visit included an unusual interaction where an employee shared concerns regarding management, my overall experience remained positive. The food was also satisfactory.

  I rarely leave reviews let alone a bad review but the service was AWFUL at this location! I'd rather go a few more minutes out the way to another Chipotle for a better experience
