  I placed a mobile order for a chicken quesadilla, but when I got home and opened it, there was no chicken inside—just cheese. This was very disappointing, especially since I paid for a chicken quesadilla. Mobile orders should be checked for accuracy before they're handed to customers. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control so this doesn't happen to other customers.

  Despite the bad reviews, I gave it a shot. I dined in for lunch. Staff was friendly, proportions were fine, and food met my expectations.

  Ordered a chicken bowl for pickup and got all the way back to work and started eating and it was pork. The rice and toppings had no seasoning.

  This was my 2nd time here tonight I walk in again I speak an the worker looks at me like she speak no English i ask for kids bowl I’ve gotten it at another location she loudly said they don’t have them ok then I said thanks she pushed her glasses up an no response I get home my bowl was sitting in water or some type juice she didn’t drain it correctly the lobby was dirty and she was wiping around pans of food with the same cloth she did counter with the cashier came out bathroom an straight to register I’ve called an complain before this chipotle need to train managers as well as employee they are all rude an don’t take there job seriously never again back to Hanover where they respect there customers

  I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and found the doors locked, even though the restaurant should have been open. Another customer and I waited outside for about 10 minutes before an employee finally unlocked the door. Once inside, I got in line and placed my order. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me had a very poor attitude and seemed like she did not want to be there. The interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was told that most menu items were unavailable, with only chicken, rice, and a few toppings remaining. Since my options were limited, I ordered what was available and checked out. When I started eating my bowl in the car, I found that the rice was hard and undercooked, and the chicken was cold. Between the late opening, poor customer service, limited food selection, and low food quality, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.
