We were excited to have a Chipotle close, but this one truly not worth the time. It is by far the worst one we have been to.

I ordered my food through the app for pick up in the drive thru, had to wait a few minutes while they finished it up. The guy was super nice! I got my order, saw two bowls and tacos in the bag and headed home. But when I got home I found both bowls were missing items in them, including the guacamole I paid extra for. So i went back to get it fixed. The guy again was super nice and remade both bowls, I figured that meant all was good this time. But nope, missing the guacamole again when I got home. So I called customer service and they told me a refund couldn’t happen, just a couple free items and BOGO offer. I’m not happy with my experience and I know the location is still new, but still very upsetting.
