Only getting a single serving of chicken and paying $14 for a burrito is not cool. Team members on the line were also not helpful. It’s always interesting how some employees have no problem giving white customers big, generous bowls, but when it comes to their own people, they suddenly want to skimp. Whether it’s because they think we’re paying for less or believe we don’t deserve the same treatment, it’s disappointing. Sadly, experiences like this are why people notice differences in customer service. I will be requesting a refund. I was so disgusted that all I could do was pay for my food, take it, and walk away. The professionalism, customer service, and attitudes were unacceptable. No one asked you to apply at Chipotle just to look at Black customers like we don’t deserve the same service. Are we disturbing your peace by expecting to receive what we’re paying for? Overall, this was a very disappointing Chipotle experience.

Both myself and the guy in front of me were forced to purchase "extra meat" just to get what is a normal single portion. Even after calling this out other employees refused to step in and assist. Every time I go here it is something else and it really seems like this location will never correct itself.
