  This place and its staff were extremely outrageous. We showed up at 10:10pm and this location says that it closes at 11pm. As soon as we enter they said that they are out of every possible meat that there was 50 min before close. I am not sure what is the point of saying open an extra hour than other locations and have no meat an hour before close & the workers being extremely rude. They were too lazy to make more food before closing.

  I'm only writing a review because this has happened to me twice. This Chipotle location has delivered my food to me with half of the entire order missing the last two times I ordered. Twice now, we've ordered entrees and waited almost an hour for delivery only to see they only include 1 out of 2 entrees. I'm so tired of Chipotle just constantly disappointing. No way to contact the store and get my missing food. At this point I get ten times better service from Taco Bell. At least they're consistent. Do not go to this location, and if you can just don't go to Chipotle anymore. Get employees who know what they're doing.

  I visited this Chipotle around 10:00 PM, an hour before closing. Unfortunately, the service and food handling were well below standard, leaving the distinct impression that the staff did not care about the quality of the service. ​The hygiene at the stations was appalling. The server was scraping the very bottom of the rice container to fill my bowls, including large, unappetizing leaves that shouldn't be served. Furthermore, the prep areas were clearly neglected with food droppings everywhere; when the server went for the queso, I noticed a long piece of fried onion from the fajita vegetables mixed into it, and it just didn't look fresh. ​Most concerning was the lack of care regarding food contact. The server repeatedly allowed the handle of the serving spoon to fall directly into my bowls, making contact with the chicken. When this happened, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. ​To top it off, I was told at the end of the line that they were 'completely out' of tomato salsa, with no signage to warn customers beforehand. With an hour left before closing, it was hard to believe they were truly out of stock; it felt like the staff simply didn't want to put in the effort to replenish it. As someone who relies on that specific ingredient to balance the meal, it was incredibly frustrating to be halfway through the order only to realize the components I wanted weren't available. It was like they felt as though they decided they would simply serve me whatever they wanted, however they wanted to, regardless of the fact that I am a paying customer expecting quality and the meal I want! ​I ended up leaving and going to a different location, where the staff was friendly and the ingredients were fully stocked. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and effort at this location.

  the short slow looking dude mustve forgot his yamaka today with his little half scoop of chicken then tried to charge 20$ bc dude marked the order wrong, then dont even believe me when u can just take the lid off?

  First the last two times I was here they are out of multi things including chicken. This time around I had to come home and write about it because it was horrible. They are out of beans, chicken, corn. Their fajitas was brown and lettuce was part black. The meat I did get I only got half of a scoop because the person said they were running low on all meats. The place looks absolutely trashed, every worker looks like they hate each other. The woman at the register with huge fake nails and eye lashes looked high and smelled of weed. I now drive to short pump area to get Qdoba instead even though this place is 2 mins away from me.
