Very inconsistent food quality and subpar service. Never know what you’re going to get and this trip it was brown and not so fresh guacamole.

I went to this 2 times last week. Once there was full male crew but 1st time on 2nd Aug night full female crew. The girls were not friendly, not answering any questions in a good way.. 2nd visit was awesome 😎

The late-night manager and staff treated me as though I was less than a person or a valued customer, and the experience was extremely humiliating. I’m not sure if it was because they were close to closing time, because of the way I looked, or because of the order error that occurred. Whatever the reason, I would not return to this location unless the nighttime staff and management have changed.

I have given this chipotle so many chances now seeing as it’s the closest one to me but after today I’m over it. Over the past few months it’s been nothing but bad attitudes, dried out food, I got a square burrito once, and today pushed me over the edge. Got a bowl and burrito. Barely had enough rice to fill my burrito instead of getting more. When I got my proteins, got half a half scoop of meat. Like genuinely looked like a child’s size portion. When I asked if I could get a little more I got barely the scoop I got the first time and was charged for double meat. Then it just kept going with these half ass portions of my salsa, sour cream. If I get chipotle I’ll take the extra 10 minute drive to the one near the diamond, or just anywhere else near willow lawn.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Disclaimer: This review is written in satire for entertainment. While it’s exaggerated for humor, it is based on a true experience I had at this location. Welcome to Chipotle, where ordering steak apparently requires the same budget planning as buying a used car. I asked for what any reasonable human being would call a normal serving of steak. The employee responded as if I had just requested the entire cow, warning me that one more piece would be considered double meat. I thought the CEO said employees aren’t supposed to be stingy with the portions. Apparently this location interpreted that as, “Just make them feel like they’re getting enough.” The steak was distributed with the precision of a NASA satellite deployment. Every cube seemed to be placed only after a committee meeting and a cost-benefit analysis. By the time I got to the register, my bowl looked like a vegetarian meal that accidentally wandered too close to the steak pan. The food tasted good, but the portion policy turned ordering protein into a hostage negotiation. If you’re hungry, bring your appetite, your wallet, and maybe a lawyer to negotiate what qualifies as a “single serving.” If you want it even more like an Onion article or a little sharper without crossing into insulting employees personally, I can do that too. Chipotle’s Follow-Up: The Sequel Nobody Asked For I appreciate Chipotle taking the time to respond both publicly and privately. Unfortunately, reading both responses felt like watching the same movie twice… once on Google and once in my inbox. Public response: “We pride ourselves on generous portions.” Private response: “Our meals are fully customizable.” Translation: “We’re sorry you experienced exactly what you experienced, but we’d also like to explain why your experience wasn’t actually the experience you experienced.” My complaint wasn’t that I didn’t understand the menu. My complaint was that asking for what any reasonable person would call a normal serving of steak was immediately treated like I was requesting double meat. According to Customer Care, I’m “always welcome to request my preferred portions.” Apparently my preferred portion and Chipotle’s preferred definition of “single serving” exist in parallel universes. I wasn’t asking for extra steak. I was asking for enough steak that I didn’t need to conduct a search party after mixing my bowl. The funniest part? The CEO has publicly said employees aren’t instructed to be stingy with portions. So either: * This location never got the memo, * The definition of “generous” has recently changed, or * My steak was participating in a witness protection program. In the end, both responses politely apologized without ever addressing the actual concern: why a reasonable serving suddenly becomes “double meat” the moment you ask for two more pieces. Disclaimer: This is satire, but my experience is 100% real. The food was good. The steak just seemed to be on an extreme conservation plan.
