  I made a simple order(bowl) with a side of guacamole as I proceeded to the register I ask the young lady for extra dressing After I paid she gave me two receipts one with my regular order and the other with a side order of Chicken, which I did not purchase! What I think she did was charge me something for asking for extra dressing and there is nothing on the register for that so she took it upon herself to charge me for side order of chicken. Now my next thought because I am older she probably thought I wasn't paying attention! Now I have had to drive ( gas is high) back to the store for a refund and to let the manger know so she can get the proper training! When going to charge someone extra for something you need to let them know before you charge them. Or you need to ask the manager, how do you do that?

  Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a group of people. My wife asked for extra cheese. See the pic and you tell me. When I asked for more cheese I was informed that I would have to pay for extra. I will never come back to this location ever again. I suggest you don't either.

  Will never step foot in here again. Rude employees, horrible portions, unclean restaurant. Everyone seems to have the same experience of disrespectful staff giving horrific portions and telling us we have to pay more even though they are giving much less than they’re supposed to. Many of the line staff here need to be let go. They are going to lose all business.

  The food was cold. The rice seemed stale, like it was from the day before; the grains were clumping together, and my combo meal was supposed to include rice, but there was only white rice. You could count the pieces of chicken on one hand. I was very dissatisfied—this didn't happen at the other locations.

  I placed an online order for the chipotle and Even the ticket said double chicken so, I was expecting double chicken and barely even got a half portion of chicken… When they were confronted, they said I had to pay another $3.60 for more chicken when I didn’t even get a full portion of the first time!! None of the staff were accommodating. They were all pretty rude. This was on April 25 at around 9:30 PM. all I did was ask him for a side portion of chicken and they were just like yeah you gotta pay for that even though I already paid for it to that and told me that there was nothing they could do and I had to take it up to the app, even though they were The ones that made the food.
