  This place needs a clean sweep of staff and management. The auto reply is working over time on these reviews and spending the 3 minutes ordering your food is all you need to find out why it’s having to. Go to Moe’s instead

  I have been here a few times, this is the absolute worst experience and location I have ever been too. Peak dinner time, the honey chicken is out, that was the feature . Nothing cooking on the grill. The guy working the grill said, I can make you some if you want?? I’m like why would you ask when there at 15 people behind me and there’s a good chance somebody is gonna wanna order that. Also, I wanna make a comment that he had walked away from the grill to go back by the restroom came back with two big balls of Kleenex sticking out of his nose while standing over the grill. The restaurant was very dirty. We ordered anyway got something different as we proceeded to get our drinks so was no ice. One of their soft drinks is completely out. There’s ice piled up everywhere trash overflowing out of the cans and most every table was dirty like food on it , nasty. I will never step foot in this chipotle again ever and probably gonna change my perspective on ever going to another chipotle anywhere else I would not recommend it. We did get a refund and left. Went to Los Panchos across the street.

  I have been a customer here for years. Recently, I almost died and have been dealing with life threatening medical problems. Chipotle has been my comfort food. I usually spend $30 to $40 each trip. On one separate occasion and yesterday, they made my burrito bowl wrong by adding too much hot sauce. When I went into the establishment to have my burrito bowl re-made, the manager accused me of doing this all the time (yes, I order food here almost every day of the week) and refused service. I will complain everyday to your higher ups for your disgusting excuse for customer service, inability to correctly make an order and see from the customer's perspective, your ableism (my health problems ARE NOT an excuse but why I am so picky about my food being made correctly) when I am spending quite a bit on food that I want prepared correctly.

  I was completely grossed out by how many times the person preparing my food rubbed his nose with his gloves on while making my food. I won’t be returning to this chipotle.
