  Every time I come to this chipotle on my way home from work, I get here well before the time they’re supposed to close. Would they always tell me they are out of multiple items this time they were out of chicken, guac, vinaigrette, and 2 other items that I don’t eat So I forgot what it was. And again turned around to leave so I can rush to another chipotle that is out of my way, but at least they always still have all the items that I ask for in my bowl. It’s a huge inconvenience and the fact that they were just trying to clean up and it was only a 1030 which means 30 more minutes before the store closes And you are turning away customers. The last time I actually got here at 10:15 and they were out of chicken.

  Every time I order takeout from this location, my order is completely wrong. And of course, I don’t know that it’s wrong until I get home… And when you call, no one answers the phone.

  Terrible service, restaurant is always dirty, and Chipotle customer service sucks when you try to complain and rectify a situation. Go elsewhere.

  I walked in like an hour ago to get some food and I only stood there for a couple of seconds figuring out what I wanted. One girl I don’t know if she’s the manager got really mad at an employee that looked unwell and yelled at her because she didn’t serve me right away. I understand trying to be speedy but I was the only customer in line/in store and it made me uncomfortable and sad for the employee getting embarrassed infront of a customer. To all businesses please stop treating your employee like they aren’t human, it’s a sad sight to see. My food was great though!

  This place is absolutely disgusting. The food quality is terrible and the service is inexplicably bad. We live close enough to walk to this location and love Chipotle but we’ll actually drive across town rather than go to this location. I hope they go out of business and give way to something better. It’s been this way the entire time the pace has been open. Update: The owner response is to go to the Chiptole FAQ page and speak to a bot, where my options are to schedule a delivery or join Chipotle rewards. Tell me you don't care at all without elling me you don't care at all. Avoid this location like the plague.
