- RNRaw Nichole6 days ago3.0I did not like the drive through service tonight. Went through the line. The darker hair girl began taking my order and scanned my app on my phone and as I was telling what I wanted she walked off about 10 feet away and told me to move up. We started with the order again and as Im giving her my order she stops and walks off again further thus time and waves her hand for me to pull up again. I was really annoyed. Its no difference than taking my order inside and then stopping to do something else. I've been to Chick Filas everywhere and I have never been treated so rudely. These young people need to practice better customer service and respect and stop being so concerned about a line moving up after starting an order. I was here 5/21 at 7:36:42 pm. She was very rude and unprofessional.

The driver came back with the missing things and apologized. Both the manager and driver were very nice and understanding.

Ordered the new sandwich as not a meal, then a cool wrap meal with the avocado lime ranch and the southwest creamy salsa with fries and a vanilla shake. Received no fries, a salad??, 2 avocado ranch, no creamy salsa, and 2 jalapeno ranch sauces. No idea what happened to the quality control and training of their front of house since I've been 3 months ago. Not expecting McDonald's service from a Chik fil a. At least it tasted good? EDIT: found the receipt in the bag, was charged for fries and never received them
