What on earth did you guys change here?! I’ve been ordering in the second lane forever, and suddenly there’s some tiny sign before the entrance? Are you serious?! If you decided to change your drive-thru rules, make it obvious! Put up a HUGE sign so people actually see it. Why should customers pay for your poor navigation with their own time? If a customer ends up in the wrong lane because of your bad signage, the absolute least you can do is take the order, explain the new system, and apologize. Instead, I waited in line, pulled up, and sat there for 8 minutes just to be told, "We don't take orders here, go drive around." So to "fix" YOUR mistake, I had to stuck behind cars waiting for their food, only to queue up in a second line from scratch. I wasted 15–20 minutes! When I brought this up to the manager, all I got was a careless, "Drive around and get back in line." Unbelievable. I gave up, left, and went to McDonald's. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of respect for people's time. The food might be good, but with an attitude like this, I am NEVER coming back to this location.

What kind of ridiculous system is this?! There’s some sign before the entrance—are you serious? I’ve always ordered in the second lane here without any issues. If you changed something, do it right! Why should I have to suffer because of your poor communication? Put up a huge, clear sign if things have changed! If this mistake happened, it’s not my fault—it means your information and signage are terrible. So take my order and explain the new rules politely instead of sending me away to drive all the way around! I already waited in line, pulled up, and spent another 8 minutes just waiting for someone to come over. When an employee finally showed up, they told me, "No, we don't take orders here." I explained that I was already there and had been waiting, but no! To loop around, I had to wait behind all the cars picking up their food, only to get into a brand new line and wait all over again. I wasted 15–20 minutes for nothing. I spoke to the manager, and he just said, "Drive around and get back in line." Are you serious?! I left and went to McDonald's. I will NEVER come back to this location again. Horrible attitude and customer service. Sure, the food is good, but treating customers like this is way too much. Extremely disappointed.

There is no wonder why Chick-fil-A is so popular & packed. No matter what, every single employee you come into contact with has a warm, big and friendly smile. You feel as if they are genuinely happy to see you and appreciate your business which today, is hard to come by. Most fast food and/or restaurants, treat customers like burdens. It's mostly attitude, slow response times and just downright nasty. Chick-fil-A always is SPOT ON! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong. Never forgot to put any of my order into the bag. Never treated me with anything other than friendly respect. That is why Chick-fil-A is and will remain at the tippity top of the food chain! #eatmorechikin 🐄🐮
