I was already standing in line before 10:30 and was the very next person to order. While I was waiting, the employee was also helping and responding to people in the kitchen, which added to the wait. When it became 10:31, she told me she was no longer taking breakfast orders and that the person directly in front of me had been her last breakfast order. I understand having a breakfast cutoff, but I think customers who are already in line before the cutoff should be served, especially when the delay is happening at the counter. I specifically made the trip there because I cannot place my order through the app, so being turned away after already waiting in line was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

And after standing there for aprox. 10 minutes, I finally waved someone down to tell them my order that I was there to pick up. Meanwhile the order was ALREADY ready and sitting on the counter. Absolutely ridiculous service!!! None of your employees want to help any customers because this happened several times over the past 2 months! Change every one and hire people who will ACTUALLY speak to customers and help them out. Truett Cathy would he turning in his grave right now if he saw this terrible service!!!

I have a disability and they have plenty of disability parking but no way for a person with a disability to enter the establishment. Having a disability and no use of the left side of my body and there's no traffic sense of direction with traffic u can come from so many different ways and ppl are literally zooming through the parking lot there's no structure at all and I felt very unsafe. They need better traffic structure there's so many ways in and out and just 1 sign saying slow down for pedestrian that nobody pays attention to if I ever visit again it'll be the drive thru because it's just not safe for any kids crossing or one with a disability. I hope this problem is resolved soon. Serwaa an employee there went above and beyond to make sure my kid's and I got our food and she also helped assist with my small babies. She's truly an asset to that company. It also sucks they took the kid's play area and that was the main reason took my kid's there to grab lunch and play. This was certainly unpleasant visit.
