In addition to the long wait in drive thru that has persisted for several years now despite them closing down to create a second line you wouldn’t need to merge in and never using it, they now consistently mess up my order. Correct amount of nuggets never given (grilled version at least) always seems to be a couple nuggets short and no way to report it in app like I used to. Now today my “berry” parfait has no berries in it!

I first ordered my food through the drive-thru, but when I got home, I realized that more than half of my order was missing. I called the customer service number listed on the receipt. Someone answered, but they hung up on me without resolving anything. I took the time to drive back to the restaurant, and when I arrived, they told me I could not come inside and that I had to go through the entire drive-thru line again. By that point, I was tired and frustrated—I just wanted my money back. I returned the food they had given me and eventually received a refund, but the overall experience was terrible. Their customer service and problem-solving were extremely poor. They need to improve how they communicate with customers and handle incomplete orders, because fixing a mistake should not be that difficult.

When I got to the window, one of the women with brown thin hair in a ponytail kept saying to the young man beside her, "she ordered 6 cookies". She said it 3 or 4 times. She never turned to face me, or I would have asked her what she meant by that. She was wearing a vest and shirt with keys on her waist. I thought her comments were rude and inappropriate. She was also leaning over the counter in view of paying customers, so maybe she was on her break? Is the goal not to buy your food, or not to buy enough food for the people you are feeding? I will never visit this location again.
