The workers call out names while you are standing face to face trying to get your food. They sometimes stand there talking and not handing orders out. I’ve never seen a Chick Fil A worse than this. They have now forgotten my cookie four times now. Only once did I notice before going back, when I asked for one, they had the audacity to hand me an unwarmed cookie. They also forget sauce a lot when I order it with my meal. Sweet tea was almost clear one time and tasted like sugar water. They didn’t change the tea bag. Long story short, if you don’t have meal swipes. DONT waste your time.
