  Staff is always friendly! Food is always fresh with bar fully stocked with all ingredients. I love that you can try the sauce or protein before you select. The Harrisa Chicken is the best!

  First, I had to tell him change his gloves, kept touching his hat. Ordered glazed fish. Fish was nasty no glazed and dry the pico the cucumbers were bad. Never again at this location.

  Bonni and her staff was amazing !! Bonni was so sweet smiling the entire time and just made you feel like even though it's salad it's the best experience you'll have and that means a lot especially when it's a place you frequent . The young lady beside her with the 2 braids in her hair was so nice as well like she made both my bowls perfectly . I think this is the best cava location in Richmond hands down. You just don't get this type of service at the willow lawn , midlothian or downtown location . Thanks Bonni and team

  I usually don’t write reviews h it felt it necessary to write one specifically for this location. I have gone into the store a few times now (Thursday being most recent) and will say that until the last two times I went I didn’t have the best experiences. However the last two times I’ve gone in David has been so helpful, cheerful, seems happy to be there and be of service. Even asked how my day was, usually I get very cold irritated workers it seems there. Hopefully they are turning over a new leaf at cava and have hired more people like david! It was also really clean when I went.
