Easy to order, staff is great. My bowl was delicious as always. Great place for an even better meal.

Gave this location too many chances, each time I come here there’s always an issue with my order or lack of ingredients. Two of my bowls did not come with dips and spreads I requested and it was very disappointing. When I come in the store it seems unorganized and they always run out of food/options. Service is also terrible.

Had little mixup with my order. I called and spoke with Erica and Alex and they both immediately jumped into action to get my order straight. I went back to the restaurant, and Alex took great care of me and even upgraded my bowl for me the food was excellent!!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing experience at the CAVA Willow Lawn location! The customer service here really stands out. General Manager Alex has clearly created a welcoming, positive environment, and the entire team made my visit exceptional. A special shoutout to Harley, Aquanda, and Iyanna! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was great. It’s rare to come across a team where everyone contributes to such a positive experience. Alex and the Willow Lawn crew are doing an incredible job. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
