  Food was done perfectly and on time, restaurant was impeccably clean. Our server Haley was amazing and so very kind and accommodating. We drove from the West End and would make the drive again for sure!

  Made a mistake coming to Carrabba's at 4:18 pm on Mother's Day to celebrate ( party of four adults). The Midlothian location was NOT GOOD. Extended wait to be seated. Women's bathrooms are dirty. Extended wait for an alcohol drink and additional paper napkins. Appetizers were good and fresh. Four main courses were ordered and after an extended wait absolutely NOTHING WAS COMING! The waitress came and started out " This is not what you probably want to hear...." Turned out that IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CELEBRATORY DINNER due to their problems with kitchen/ staffing/and ineffective management our food order cannot be completed...unless we wait, get this, another hour/ hour and a half. That of course was declined. Then more extended wait was followed waiting for a manager to come to the table to approve no charges for drinks and appetizers. It was approved at the end of the wait and apologies were offered but you cannot eat apology, can you? If you have special ocassion then do not risk coming to Carrabbas. Lots and lots of waiting and you still might end up having to leave to finish dinner somewhere else. Happened to me.

  We occasionally eat at a Carabbas in our travels. Most often Kernstown, VA. Sometimes Richmond.... today's meal was over the top good. Everything was exceptional. Steaks came to our table perfectly grilled. Our server was Jennifer. Very professional.

  Our server wasn't very attendative, she didnt even bring the refills on drinks or the food out to us someone else did i would understand if they where busy but they were not.The food was bland or had way to much oil on it and took forever to get to us very disappointed in this location

  Tamara made this experience second to none! We are frequent “Carrabba-ians” because we can’t get enough of the bread and herbs, shrimp scampi appetizer, Sicilian soup, or the Caesar salad; however, she made the food yummier, drinks sweeter, and the atmosphere all the better! She was intuitive, polite, prompt, professional—with the perfect smile! I absolutely pray that everything she touches will prosper! I pray all the light that she pours on others is returned to her 100-fold! Tamara is special….and I don’t use that term lightly! Whatever it is that you’re doing to keep her, multiply that—b/c for what she’s doing, you really could never pay her for her what she brings to your establishment! I’m blessed to have encountered her today! Thank you all soooo much! Made my day!
