They always say that they make their cakes wrong. They called me a liar about the cake batter being wrong for my daughter‘s birthday cake because I didn’t call the same day or the next day after I bought the cake. However, we cut the cake late because my son is in the military and we waited until he could be on FaceTime, which took two days and she called me a liar. She offered me a $10 to spend in her store as that’s how much the cake batter was worth. I guess my daughter was supposed to cut the cake and just eat the ice cream if that wasn’t wrong. I’m not sure. Unprofessional across the board. Horrible experience definitely drive to the Mechanicsville one or something else. It’s Horrible to talk about other people like that in the community, they seem like a very disgruntled group of family members. No apologies no, how can I fix it? Sarcasm just completely unprofessionalism. I just have never experienced it at all to this magnitude, especially getting to the franchise owner and it continuing just mind-boggling. I’ve literally got my kids Baskin Robbin cakes since elementary school every year, but I moved different cities horrible experience .

I walked in and ordered a hot fudge sundae with nuts and no whipped cream or cherry. When it came, I made some cynical political remark to the person behind the counter. She spread her arms up like she was giving me a blessing and said "I don't talk about politics THIS IS A HAPPY PLACE!" I thought, am I in a Disney movie? Who says that? And she meant it. People say go to your happy place, meaning in your mind. I was already there. I asked her name. "Debbie" she said. Now bear with me: This is the process Baskin Robbins goes through for a new ice cream flavor: Trend & market research to identify flavor concepts. Concept development including naming, ingredient selection, and marketing angle. R&D prototyping to create workable formulas. Internal tasting & refinement by product teams. Consumer testing to validate appeal. Supply chain preparation (ingredients, manufacturing processes). Production & distribution to stores. Launch & marketing, often tied to cultural moments or monthly flavor cycles. I hate to say it, Suits, I mean Corporate Executives, but for all that hard work, Debbie is better than the ice cream, which is great by itself. You should make her your spokesperson with this slogan: Make Baskin Robbins YOUR happy place. If someone has already used a similar slogan she will sell it better because, to paraphrase Buck Owens and Ringo, all she has to do is act naturally.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
