  They helped make my order right even despite the bad storm/ loss of power to their system. Thank you to the manager and woman on cashier on 8/7 on the evening shift for the exceptional service

  We'll tell you this Arby's started carrying burgers beginning of this year. Said it was going to keep them on it's Menu, then in the end of May beginning of June they pull them off the menu. Lied to the customer's. Was going once a week to get the Deluxe burger . Now might go to Arby's once a month. Maybe once every 2 months. We spent average of 20.00 pet visit. Do the math. And I'm sure I'm not the only one YOU LOSE ARBY'S.

  Honestly, usually only do use my app here. The food is hit or miss. And I hate to say that, but it's true. Sometimes it's absolutely amazing, and sometimes it's not....

  I'm from out of town, so I look up Fast food near me arby's look good because they had high numbers. I get there. I have worked all day. And order my meal and go check into my room.My meal was not what I ordered. Don't get me wrong, i went ahead and ate the sandwich. Too tired to go back down and get out order. All I'm saying is you should get what you order. I guess that's the new thing. I guess.Maybe i'm almost school you pay for something that's what you get and maybe I should have checked it , but I didn't think there was a need with four stars.
