I haven't been to Morton's since I left Chicago 17, ahem, years ago. What a mistake! On Friday, my husband and I visited the Reston location for our anniversary. Being bar people, that's where we sat for their happy hour. It's been a while since we've dined at a classic steakhouse, and Morton's did not disappoint! The food, ambience, and service were all impeccable. We sampled items from their happy hour menu as well as the regular menu. We started with a dozen oysters which were satisfyingly briny, delightfully cold, and served with cocktail sauce, extra grated horseradish, and mignonette. My husband wanted some potato chips on the side thinking it would be a small bowl seeing as how they're on the happy hour menu. They turned out to be a hilariously large bowl of delicious, freshly made chips with blue cheese dressing and onion dip. The scallops with chutney were outstanding. Then we ordered the filet mignon sliders. I was thrilled when our server asked at what temp we wanted them served. I'm a happy girl when I can get medium rare cooked a true medium rare. Again, they tasted amazing given the simplicity of the dish, definitely a nod to the quality of the beef. We were offered a complimentary dessert for our anniversary and were told we could get it to go as the chip bowl really wiped us out! Ha! Anyway, speaking of servers, our server Mobin was attentive, friendly, and very professional, as were all the servers working the patio/bar area. We had such a wonderful time, we decided to join the Landry's Select Club. We definitely found our new happy hour spot! Well done, Morton's.

I had an amazing experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding and the food was absolutely incredible. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant yet very welcoming.
I especially want to recognize Leo for being incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. She truly made the experience even more special with her warm attitude and excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about making guests feel valued and comfortable.
Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this restaurant, and I will absolutely be coming back!

My daughter took me for mother's day and it was one of the most special experiences ever. Our server, Alejandra, took exceptional care of us and had great recommendations. The shrimp Calabria was absolutely wonderful and the steak were cooked to perfection. Not to mention, the entire staff was extremely welcoming from entrance to the end. The hosts, Escarlin and Kaylee took our picture which was so sweet of them. Thank you to the staff and the managers, Ram Sharma and Scott Harcup for ensuring my night was special for me.
I walked in and was greeted in the most low energy greeting it felt like I wasn't even wanted. Which was made very apparent as soon as I was seated. I was seated relatively easy which would have been nice if they actually served me. Waited almost 20 minutes with not so much as a greeting or syllable for why my order or server is not appearing before me. Was not even remotely busy and 50 servers everywhere seemingly standing around. 3 table were seated after me and all had there order/menu taken and read. And the only reason my experience ended is because I left. The MAJOR failures here are that none of the other servers who also made eye contact with me and passed me multiple times nor anyone else on the staff saw fit to serve me or at least explain why everyone else is being served first. 3 tables who came in 10 min after me were seen to right away. You get better customer service from chick fil a. For a restaurant that i spend thousands on every time i go, it was abysmal. Do not come to this location

Leo, Scott and Hernan made our evening out on the patio one of the best evenings we have had at Morton’s! Scott has a fantastic sense of humor and was able to keep us warm by setting up 2 heaters as it was becoming chilly. Leo is a professional server. Her timing was perfect- not easy to do. Her smile and light sense of humor made her stand out. Hernan had greeted us at the door, we realized we knew him from somewhere- he came out to say hello bc he realized he knew us to!
