  "Manager" Carmen doesn't know how to give a refund! Food was incorrect AND items were not hot, much less fresh. Even though she was able to identify my ticket, she refused to offer a refund unless I came back. However, I don't come to this area with any frequency, and was going to work, so I was not able to return physically. She was not apologetic about my situation or the food being incorrect!!! Other McD's around, skip this place!

  Today was free double cheeseburger with a minimum of $1 thru the Mcds App…used the deal then ordered my wife her meal, my meal and happy meal for my son but when I get my food I did not receive my free double cheeseburger. The manager said I had to come inside to fix the order because the app is not affiliated with the store, why does that matter to me? I clearly spent way more than a dollar and I didn’t get my free double cheeseburger…instead of just giving me a free double cheeseburger in the moment, the solution he rec was to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to spend more time when the fix could have been solved in less than a minute. No sense of customer service, no empathy. None what’s so ever. Not coming back to this McDonald’s nor using the app ever again.
