I witnessed what appeared to be a manager named Amy disciplining an employee in front of customers at the self-checkout area. She read an entire document to the employee and had him sign it right there at the register while customers were present. I found this highly unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. Matters involving employee discipline should be handled privately, not in front of customers during business hours. The way the situation was handled reflected poorly on management and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone nearby. I believe corporate should look into this matter and ensure that employees are treated with professionalism and respect.

He reviewed and explained the medications I’m currently taking, confirmed the dosages and frequency, and made some helpful recommendations. Everyone is consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every interaction comes with a genuine smile, which makes a big difference and keeps me coming back. It truly feels like the way a neighborhood supermarket should—friendly, reliable, and part of the community. We are grateful to have such a great store nearby!
