I was simply asking for the three tacos however to have the tortillas on the side to go because I was driving for a while and they dumped everything onto three tortillas and then left it all open for me to close up and take to go. Do not recommend this location at all.

I sit inside the chipotle like I usually do at restaurants and it was so UNBELIEVABLY dirty. One star for sure. Would recommend going to the chipotle in Herndon it is much better. THIS CHIPOTLE TARNISHES THE CHIPOTLE MISSION AND NAME.

The sour cream was extremely watery and looked like it had been out for days. Next, I would like to touch on the absolutely horrid customer service. Me being very disappointed with my portions, I asked for a bit more chicken. Who seemed like the manager came up to me and very rudely dismissed my request. I cannot stand for unnecessary disrespect! This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to!

Then my portions were horrible considering the OUTERAGOUES Price. I then sit down to eat and my table had rice and beans all over it making it very hard to concentrate on the meal. My veggie bowl looked noticeably underfilled and left me feeling like every scoop was being treated as if it were coming out of the server's personal pocket. I understand the importance of managing food costs and maintaining consistency, but customers also expect fair value for what they're paying. When portions are significantly smaller than what Chipotle is known for, it creates a frustrating experience and makes loyal customers question whether they're getting their money's worth. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces the importance of serving portions that match the standards customers have come to expect.
