- ASAJ S.Oct 7, 20261.0First time ever eating at a Chipotle. I got a salad. After two bites, I looked down and found a LIVE BUG CRAWLING IN THE SALAD! I took it to the register and showed the staff. They were so blazay about it and said oh its a lady bug from the salad. Okay, and....???? So I got a refund for the salad. Then I asked for just a small thing of chips and salsa to eat and they tried to make me pay $2.90. I suggested the chips and salsa should be free considering I just found a LIVE BUG CRAWLING IN MY FOOD. The staff rolled their eyes at me and stared silently at each other like I was out of line asking for a courtesy. I will not ever eat at a Chipotle ever again.

I did my online order 30 mins before getting there and still had to wait another 20 in the store even though the app said it was done. People who came in and ordered normally got finished faster than me

The employees are consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward customers, as if simply placing an order is an inconvenience to them. The kitchen seems completely dysfunctional, and the entire restaurant is usually a mess. The food preparation area is disorganized, service is chaotic, and basic cleanliness and customer service standards seem nonexistent. There are plenty of other Chipotle locations nearby. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
