The sour cream was extremely watery and looked like it had been out for days. Next, I would like to touch on the absolutely horrid customer service. Me being very disappointed with my portions, I asked for a bit more chicken. Who seemed like the manager came up to me and very rudely dismissed my request. I cannot stand for unnecessary disrespect! This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to!

While prices have gone up, the portion sizes seem to have gone in the opposite direction. My veggie bowl looked noticeably underfilled and left me feeling like every scoop was being treated as if it were coming out of the server's personal pocket. I understand the importance of managing food costs and maintaining consistency, but customers also expect fair value for what they're paying. When portions are significantly smaller than what Chipotle is known for, it creates a frustrating experience and makes loyal customers question whether they're getting their money's worth. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces the importance of serving portions that match the standards customers have come to expect.

You'll need a number code I think maybe 5 digits to enter the bathroom at this Chipotle but I remember numbers no problem. Some might need a pen to write down the number somewhere.
