The guacamole was DISGUSTING, brown and not just on the top, grainy and absolutely no flavor. My son mentioned that he went to this location last Friday and it looked the exact same. What a waste. Maybe time to try a different franchise.

- BBBApr 27, 20262.0This location consistently provides issues. Mobile orders have, more often than not, resulted in incorrect items. Eventually we learned to check the items. But for items like a burrito, there's not a great way to check that it is correct, short of eating it there. There have been times when we have gone in person, redeemed an app reward right in front of the cashier, and then are told the reward has already been used. The team there just doesn't care to try and resolve any issues. And if we know that our reward should be valid, it feels pretty horrible to have the cashier shrug their shoulders and say "the machine says it's invalid" and offer nothing further. The only reason this gets two stars is because in the few times where they've finally got things right, the food is fine. This location and staff feels like one of the worst spots we've been to. Hopefully things improve for others in the future.
