All this over. A simple error they made. They wanted me to contact uber instead of fixing it. I said so are you gonna fix it or do I need to contact corporate? She said contact corporate. In all my years coming to this location never have I seen such disrespectful and rude behavior! This is not the chick fil a way! Shame on you!

For example, on a delivery order, I specifically requested no pickles on my sandwich, but it arrived with pickles. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told I needed to drive to the restaurant myself to get a replacement and bring the incorrect sandwich with me. They would not deliver the corrected order, even though the mistake was theirs. I did take the time to drive back and get the sandwhich. Still no applogy given. I've also experienced issues with mobile pickup orders.I have arrived and asked to be checked-in beacuse I am picking up for someone other than myself, but staff failed to do so. This resulted in a long wait time while my order sat unprocessed. When I returned to ask about the delay, the response was simply, "Oh, we'll check you in now." In the past, Chick-fil-A made an effort to correct mistakes by offering a refund, a coupon, or even a small gesture such as a cookie. Now, they often do not even apologize when errors occur. This lack of ownership is concerning, especially as the frequency of mistakes appears to have increased. Customer service used to be a key strength of Chick-fil-A, but my recent experiences suggest that standard is no longer being maintained at this location.
