After waiting for the employee to put her phone down (I was the only customer in the store) I asked a question about a sundae and got an eye roll for a response. Nope. Definitely never going back. I might expect this from an airport kiosk. Not Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop. Garbage.

They always give great recommendations and I never feel like I've gotten short changed in portions. An added plus is their baked goods are tasty and reasonably priced, especially compared to any of the other options in the Reston Town Center.
