every time I come here I'm always waiting anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes for food for just two meals. almost no one in the stalls people getting their food before my order. the only reason why I go here is literally convenience

Took forever to get my food, pick up order said 10:45am and wasn’t done until 11:10. I had somewhere to go. Only come here if you have time to waste. Food was decent, atmosphere is nice.

The blonde girl was really nice!! She remade my drink and gave me a large instead of a medium!! Made my day :)

Do not order here. I had been going here for years without issue (since around 2019), but in the past year the service has gone downhill swiftly. There’s been at least two occasions in the last month where service wasn’t even reaching the bare minimum. About a month ago, my family and I went to get ice cream from here and it took over 30 minutes before we received our order. When we finally received our order, it was not accurate and the employee offered no solution nor seemed to care at all. The second occasion happened today. We tried to order for delivery from this location and there was an issue because the store claimed that they “can’t do burgers.” Please do not order from this location. If you want to patronize Sonic, there are locations that have much better service nearby in Christiansburg and Pulaski.
