- SAStephanie AlbertMay 13, 20261.0I checked myself out and then went to the service desk to get cash back because there is no ATM in the area. I couldn't get signal to unlock my card so I needed to step outside and unlock it and they grabbed my buggie and said I couldn't take my cart outside..... I was extremely confused and asked why because I seen others with their buggies outside loading/unloading their items. They guy said I needed to pay for my items (which were already bagged).... I just looked at him flabbergasted and sternly told him I had already paid for my items and I was taking them outside whether he liked it or not. I went outside and told my husband what had happened, he unloaded my buggy and I got signal and went back inside and I asked for my cashback and the guy said he couldn't do cashback without a sale (which i had already completed 2 sales) . So I asked for a manager. Manager comes up and tells employee that I can get cashback and I explained my displeasure and he was also embarrassed by this guy's behavior. So..... word to the wise.... these employees are rude and poorly trained. Ive never been more embarrassed and pissed at the same time. Ive lived here my entire life and never experienced such poor customer service!

The staff in the Deli called me to ensure I received exactly what I wanted, that they had it hot and ready exactly when I was going to pick it up and were generally invested in doing the best job they could. It was excellent service and care! Thank you!
