- AAAmyDec 3, 20251.0I went to this location instead of my normal one in Christiansburg, never again. The girl had no clue on how to take my order, she overcharged me, the order was wrong, no straws in the bag and it took over 30 minutes. Ten minutes to order and over 20 for the food. Oh and whoever was bagging the order, someone with a red and white striped shirt, which I assume is a supervisor, touched their nose while bagging the food. I called later to see if they could fix where they overcharged me and no answer, had to leave a voicemail and I never got a call back. The food was fresh once we finally got it but the wait and service are horrible. I have been to Chick Fil A’s all over the East Coast and this is the worst one I have ever been to. They are not nice like the other locations either. Be prepared to wait this is definitely not a fast food restaurant.
