  Stopped here during a road trip for dinner on a Sunday evening. The location was convienant as it was a short distance from I-64 upon exiting. The kiosks were functional to order and food did not take long. We did have to go to the counter to pay as an arch card we had would not swipe at the kiosk. I will also add the young man that helped us at the counter was nice. However, the cleanliness was bad in the dining room. Like they didn't even try and it was not especially busy (see pictures). Had to wipe seats down myself and move chairs to ensure my family could sit comfortably. Also, they substituted more fries in a kids meal beause they were out of apples which is understandable but this was never communicated to us had to go ask.

  Went to McDonalds tonight for a quick bite. Our meals were actually delicious and fresh; even the squirrel loved it! I order off the a la carte menu: plain quarter lb. patties. My son got a chicken nugget happy meal. The squirrel downed 3 trash nuggets while we were eating - highly entertaining!

  Not recommend. French fries were already cold when we received them.

  This is the closest McDonalds to me in New Kent. I've had a range of service from "Huh, I didnt order that?" To "Wow, that was fast!" I think it depends on lunch timing!

  It’s McDonald’s and I don’t expect much but very rude customer service and got my order wrong. Thank you for not spitting and my food and warm fries is the only nice things I have to say
