While I dont love them it is what it is but when im using them and the employee is standing over my shoulder staring a hole in my head to the point of me having to ask if I was doing something wrong and what I was being profiled for makes the experience horrible. Why have self check out if everyone walking in is a thief
- BBBillSep 13, 20261.0Terrible customer service with food lion to go orders. There was a smart mouthed young guy who made excuses for my order being a hour late saying something like “I’m the only one on the orders and I won’t eat if I keep shopping”. There were no text messages or calls letting us know the order would be late and that it was not shopped for. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide. Also, don’t hire entitled kids who make excuses for failing at their jobs.
