He is a huge reason that place is on a different level than most. If you like Taco Bell and KFC then what are you waiting on? Stop reading this, go eat and thank me never. I just gave an opinion. - BHBen HancockApr 14, 20263.0This location in Pulaski Va, is a wonderful location, staff is great but seam frustrated or stretched thin. Just seems understaffed sometimes, especially when you use the app, and people are in the drive thru. It's hard for the back line people to manage both. The managers there are typically great. But looks like they focus more on drive thru than the walk-in customers. Im guessing the drive thru is timed and its why its hard for them to do their job on both. I think with more employees and to have a designated front line manager that stays on front line to greet customers and handle the door dash orders or people ordering from the app, and dine-ins might help speed up the process and have a more customer friendly environment for customers to enjoy and that employees arent stretched so thin. Remember it's not just one managers speed that wins the race it's his team on the lines that helps him win.
