  Is this place understaffed? I understand if the food takes a few extra minutes than what's shown but 13 minutes past the time it said it would be ready? They couldn't bother to let customers know it was longer wait times? It's unacceptable. It's also unacceptable to be putting on the screen that the order is on its way to us when it's a lie to cover their times. I've been to other sonics that have been SLAMMED. I'm talking most, if not all stalls filled along with having drive thru to the road and it doesn't take as long as it takes for Pulaski Sonic to deal with 3-5 customers. Do better.

  Been 3 timed in two weeks so slow I left. One time the lady said it would be 20 minutes before she could take my order because of on-line orders.

  Have sat for 30 mins waiting on our order. The last several times we have came to eat here this has happened even when I order on the app. Getting ridiculous to the point of not coming back.

  Yesterday I ordered 3 smash burgers and they brought out 1 today I ordered a route 44 ocean water they brought me a medium

  If you order a peanutbutter milk shake they hand you a jar of peanut butter pretty much they put way too much in the milk shake .
