  I placed a drive thru order around 10:30ish tonight and I was having a really rough day. As I was venting to my cousin on the phone, I started to get all weepy and teary eyed at the window. The gentleman working the window was so nice and kind to me by asking me what was wrong and if I was alright. When I got my food he told me “try not to have a bad night sweetie” and it honestly made me feel better. I did drive off crying a bit more at his kindness just because it caught me off guard at how nice people can be even if it’s in a drive thru. There’s a Taco Bell closer to my house, but I always come to this one. <3

  Did a mobile pick up @ 6pm went in the inside because drive thru was wrapped around the building. It took 35 minutes for them to complete my order. And even then the order was completely wrong.

  I went in to use the restroom and get breakfast just to hear morning shift employees talking about me before I even ordered. By the time I went to order breakfast was over so I left and then heard the employees complaining about how I didn’t even order anything. Even had the nerve to gossip in the parking lot with coworkers about it. SMH if your gonna talk bad about customers in a business that pays your bills at least wait till they leave the property to do it

  I would give them zero stars if I could. Went there to get three crunchy tacos and got home three soft tacos. Cold and disgusting. When I’ve pulled around to this side to get my food normally I’m asked what type of sauce do I want the woman just handed me my bag and said the sauce is in there🤷🏻‍♂️ guess it was mine mystery night . I guess the manager didn’t know what she was doing because they do not know how to get people’s orders right. And for almost 7 dollars that I spent it was worthless.
