  Came in the morning before visiting at the hospital. Pulled through the drive thru twice and nobody serviced me. Came inside because I thought maybe the speaker box wasn’t working or something. Nobody acknowledged me inside to take my order. So I tried to place an order at BOTH kiosks and neither worked. Another man also tried to place an order inside and was not acknowledged. We both ended up walking out. This is unacceptable.

  Got a box combo and paid extra for the Baja blast dirty soda, my food took 30 min to come out and when I asked about the soda they gave me a regular cup, when I tried to say I ordered the limited edition drink they argued and said “we don’t do that, you get regular soda” despite paying extra for it. The food was rushed despite the wait

  This was absolutely the worst, and I mean, worst service ever. (This was on 5/8) I was here for graduation and of course getting here late means getting whatever you can. I decided Taco Bell. I decided to order food for my family. While ordering, the cashier, “Angel B.,” took my order. While ordering a specific item she then asked, what type of drink so I told her a large Baja midnight. When we got to the window, we paid and received our food. However, there was no hello, Just took the payment. I then asked her about the item that I ordered. She stated that there were four people taking orders and that she doesn’t know, but clearly it was her voice who took out our order. I told her that we had an item missing and she said I didn’t order it. And I stated to her why would I order something and you asked me what type of drink with that. I normally don’t order a drink by yourself unless I get a combo. She said that’s what I ordered, but my wife clearly saw because the order was for myself And I did not order a drink by itself. She then stated I would have to go back around and order and pay for it. There was no I’m sorry or anything, but clear frustration. By the time I got back around to the line, there were six cars in front of us. The service was already slow, And there were items that were not available that night on the menu according to the cashier. Needless to say, I didn’t get my food, but a large drink that I never even want it by itself. I rarely visit Portsmouth, But because of this experience, I highly doubt I will visit any Taco Bell in the near future. This isn’t to say that all Taco Bell’s are the same, but I am not taking a chance. It was clear that the staff has no training on how to handle situations such as that and communication at that establishment is super poor. I encourage everyone that visits this place, to make sure you read back your order and ensure everything you want and stated So you don’t have to go through what I went through.

  This has to be the cleanest Taco Bell in Portsmouth! The food is fresh and tasty everytime we order and the service is top notch. FINALLY, a fast food restaurant that delivers the important qualities of what the food industry should provide.
