  Date of visit to this location 05/07/2026 8pm Display was horrible, there was hardly anything in there, and I was told by employee, that would be it for the remainder of the night. They were using Profanity, just unprofessional all around, I think you need a new night shift, I’m sure this is not the image the companies trying to uphold. Clearly they no longer care, that’s apparent. Company Policies and Procedures should NEVER be negotiable or optional. And the doughnuts weren’t fresh when I got home and tried them.

  TURN OFF THE SIGN ! Hot light is always on and I have yet to receive glazed donuts hot off the line . I have been multiple times between 1130 am and 5. Machine not running no hot donuts , they have product but not hot and fresh as indicated by the bright red sign .

  The donuts are delicious. However the lady at the drive through window didn't tell us to pull forward so we waited for her to. Afterwards she yelled at us to pull forward as if it was obvious, so not the best service.

  Arrived at 3 pm we had to go thur because it was drive thru only at the time. A friend and I were ordering and the “ host” “Samirah” was on the intercom from the get go she sound annoyed with us ordering we had to keep repeating everything and you could clearly hear the attitude. When we got to the window it was worse she kept rolling her eyes.( It was an older lady at window helping her who I assume was the manger she was nice. ) besides that point , Samirah was annoyed when I tried to redeem the free 1/2 dozen I had when I stated I was redeeming it multiple times over the intercom. Earlier I had added the free donut because the light was on when I asked for mine because she only gave 1 to two people she rolled her eyes again with an attitude. Mind you we never gave this girl an attitude. You’re the one who signed up for Krispy Kreme don’t be mad at us Samirah boo.
