  Absolutely terrible experience. I stood there waiting just to be acknowledged while there were five employees in the back. Four of them were standing around with no sense of urgency while one employee was left trying to handle everything by themselves and fulfill all the orders. To make matters worse, most of the items on the serving line were empty, and the line kept growing with at least six people behind me waiting to be served. It was clear there was no teamwork or concern for the customers. The one employee who was actually working was doing their best, but they shouldn't have been left to carry the entire workload alone.What concerned me even more were the cleanliness and sanitation practices. From what I observed, basic food safety standards were not being followed. Hot food was not consistently being kept hot, cold food was not consistently being kept cold, and the overall presentation of the food was poor. The way my meal was thrown together was careless and sloppy—it honestly felt like the food was being tossed together for a wild animal rather than prepared for a paying customer. I work in food service, so I understand the importance of sanitation, food handling, and following HACCP principles. What I witnessed was unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. Based on my experience, I will be reporting these concerns to the local health department for further inspection.steak was cold rubbery and rice was overcooked almost like mush disappointed that I spent over $50 This level of service is unacceptable, and management needs to do a much better job holding the staff accountable.

  Chipotle doesn't offer a tremendous amount of options. A bit disappointing when there are major options NOT available at the beginning of day and lunch. No steak, no shredded cheese. Portions beyond small, paid for extras to receive a decent amount, i added chips all to be beyond over cooked. Unfortunately when I returned to work I ate it anyway as I didn't have time to go back. Do better Chipotle for $28 i could have sat down at traditional Mexican and had a marg!!

  The place was dirty and the food did not look good, the rice looked undercooked and soggy. The employees were not friendly and did not represent the place well. It was my first time here and will also be my last.

  Disappointed this time. A couple of the workers were talking and laughing loudly the whole time we were eating. The menu is deceiving- every drizzle of lime or various sauces was an additional $1.60 for each one. This really adds up the price. It should be posted or told to the customers while ordering.
